When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you use XPERYN, your messages and conversations are stored to provide chat history and improve the product experience.
Your conversations are used to provide the tutoring service and maintain your chat history. We may review anonymized usage patterns to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your messages are sent to third-party AI API providers to generate responses. These providers may process your messages according to their own data policies. We recommend not including highly sensitive personal information in your conversations.
Your account data and conversations are stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@xperyn.my.
